2017 is upon us.

I’ve looked back to consider what 2016 was to me.

Firstly, I lived another year and I am more the wiser, so that in itself was a success. I discovered a lot more about myself and others. We did some exciting travel.

We hung out with some fascinating, wonderful and motivating people.

I stuck to my exercise routine – hard to believe and I can tell you it doesn’t get any easier!  I am more disciplined in many ways. And truthfully I need to be.

The media fear factor is alive and well. No wonder so many people are confused and living in a depressive environment. The media are about selling fear and there are plenty of customers. Your environment is everything if you want to move forward.

So is the world actually in such a rapid decline as they would have us believe? Some great advances happened in 2016. There are some amazing people doing amazing things.

For me, I came through 2016 in one piece with a good personal platform to give 2017 a real crack. Come January 2018, I’ll  look back and say 2017 was an awesome year. But I have a lot I want to do through out this year’s journey. So no idle hands. For me, I’ve decided its going to be one hell of a great year.
